How to Request Data Deletion

In your email, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Twily Baby account
• Your phone number, if applicable
• A short request confirming that you want your personal data deleted

After receiving your request, our team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

Once verified, we will review and process your request within a reasonable period, subject to any legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations that may require us to retain certain information.

What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on your account and interaction with Twily Baby, this may include:

• Customer account information
• Login-related information
• Saved profile details
• Marketing preferences
• Other personal information associated with your customer account

Please note that some transaction, order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained where required by applicable law or legitimate business obligations.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed in to Twily Baby using Facebook Login and want the data associated with that login deleted, you may use the same process above by emailing contact@twilybaby.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Google Login Users

If you signed in using Google Login, you may also use the same deletion request process.
